Hi everyone. We hope you are all looking forward to your Pacific Eden Christmas cruise.
Check-in for your cruise has been pushed back slightly and will now be three hours after your original check in time as selected in Cruise Control. Please add three hours to your check in time printed on your E-Ticket. The updated times are as follows:
Original 11:30am group – please now arrive at 3pm
Original 12pm group – please now arrive at 3pm
Original 12:30pm group – please now arrive at 3:30pm
Original 1pm group – please now arrive at 4pm
Original 1:30pm group – please now arrive at 4:30pm
Original 2pm group – please now arrive at 5pm
Original 2:30pm group – please now arrive at 5:30pm
We do apologise for this change and very much appreciate your cooperation in delaying your arrival to the terminal based on your new check in time. Early entry into the terminal will not be permitted, so please be sure to stick to your new check in time. All guests will need to be onboard by 6pm for an estimated 7pm departure.
Once you get onboard we do have lots of exciting things in store for you throughout your Christmas cruise. Pacific Eden will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland, with carollers, visits from Santa and his elves, and of course Christmas lunch and dinner with all the trimmings, finished off with pudding and fruit mince pies! And don’t forget P&O's White Party on top deck, with a bit of a twist - a Bianco White Christmas party! There will also be many more surprises in store onboard, as well as many of your favourite onboard activities, including our other P&O parties – Gatsby, Back to School and Vegas pool party.
With all this excitement, we know you are all really keen to get onboard. To make sure we are able to get you on as quickly and easy as possible, and to avoid congestion in the terminal, please be sure to stick to your new check in time, three hours later than your original time.
